Peter Bauert’s Experience
· He is currently working with Parallels as CFO and COO. His responsibilities include all functions of operational and administrative functions such as finance, HR, accounting, administration, legal, as well as IT.
· He worked for EVP strategy & operations from 2002 to 2007 where he was handling marketing strategic department. He successfully established New Business Development group to be leader in market. His strategic roadmap helped EVP to grow revenue of $30M to $135M.
· He Worked with SalesDriver as CFO from 2000 to 2002. During his tenure of 2 years with SaleDriver, he successful increased deal size by more than 300% while working on strategy, business development, competitive analysis, and internal business model transformations.
· 1997-2000, he worked as vice president for corporate development for VP development and as corporate development manager for Cybergold.
· Before that he worked for Bain & Co for 1 year as consultant.
· He started his self made entrepreneurship in Siemens Stromberg Carlson as development manager where he worked for 5 years.
